Pricing FAQ
What decides which plan we need?
The cap on active employees, and which optional modules you want switched on. Each plan lists both, so pick the one whose ceiling sits above your headcount.
Why is scheduling not listed as a module?
Because it is not optional. Scheduling and open shifts, credential compliance, expenses and mileage, and the mobile app are built into the platform rather than sold as modules, so every plan has them in full. The module counts cover only the parts a plan can leave out.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes. The caregiver and manager mobile app is included on every plan at no extra cost.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Annual billing is charged up front for the period.
What happens when we reach the employee cap?
The cap counts active employees. When you are close to it, move to the next plan up and the new ceiling applies straight away.
