An HR-only scope, on purpose
ClockHub is a workforce and HR platform. It manages people, shifts, credentials, time, and pay. It is not a clinical system: it does not store patient records, care documentation, or medical data, and it is not an electronic visit verification tool. Keeping that boundary clear reduces the sensitive data we hold and keeps the product focused.
Access and accountability
Every account operates within a role, and roles are enforced across the web and the mobile app. Employee record changes are written to an audit trail so administrators can review activity to and by each staff member.
