1. Agreement

By using ClockHub, your organization agrees to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. The service

ClockHub provides workforce management software on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your plan.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining account security, and for using the service in line with applicable laws and employment obligations.

4. Fees

Subscription fees are billed per your plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already served.

5. Data

You retain ownership of your data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may end the agreement per its terms. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.
